MOSSY OAK KENNELS
"Instant Old Friends TM"
British Labrador Retriever Puppies and Training in West Point, Mississippi
British Labrador Sires
Here are the sires that make up Mossy Oak Kennels. This lineup is full of elite men who do their jobs well. They have proven themselves tremendous hunters and produce the best British Lab puppies a hunter will find.
Timbo
Timbo belongs to Neill Haas and is without a doubt the most focused lab we have ever seen in both hunting and training scenarios. He is more serious than any other hunter in the blind. He has proven to produce some of the best dark red hunting companions a hunter could ask for.
Boss
Boss belongs to our good friend, Riley Pierce. He posses every single quality a hunter could ask for in a dog. Boss has proven himself an elite hunting dog and an even better pet. You will have a tough time finding one better.
Noah
Noah is a fully trained pup that belongs to our Kennel Master, Bill Gibson. He succeeds in both upland and waterfowl hunting situations. He has sired a countless number of the most trainable and biddable pups we have seen.
Kayne
Kayne is sired by FTCH Eastdale Kayne. He loves to retrieve and has tons of drive and style. He has an excellent nose as evidenced by his natural game finding ability. We welcome him to our breeding program and look forward to producing some great litters.
Zeus
Zeus is an extraordinary British hunting lab. His focus and prey drive are over the top. At only 9 weeks old, he was retrieving in heavy cover and delivering to hand. He is currently a finished hunting dog and continues to impress.
Apollo
Apollo is as effective on land, hunting heavy cover, as he is retrieving waterfowl. He succeeded in pheasant hunting in Gove County Kansas and duck hunting the Mississippi Black Prairie. He has proven to sire some great puppies.
Nola
HRCH Eagle Bend's Big Easy MH MNR "Nola". Nola has never failed a Finished or Master test. He passed the 2021 AKC Master National as a 3 year old and received his second AKC Master National pass in 2023. Nola also has made as far as the 4th series in the Grand in 2022. Nola will continue to run these events in the future in hopes of attaining a Hall of Fame status.
Nola is also an incredible duck hunter having picked up several thousand birds in his tenure. Nola is all business in the blind and his drive transfers over. Nola is a great handling dog and even better marker. Nola is also a delightful companion to have around camp or the house as he has the exemplary on/off switch of the british breed.
Cooper
Astraglen Cooper “Cooper”, a black-yellow factored Lab, that we imported from the United Kingdom, is an exceptional specimen of a British Labrador and has a truly outstanding pedigree. In fact, it is in my opinion he is the best pedigreed male in our kennel. Of the thirty dogs in his four (4) generation pedigree he has twenty- three (23) Field Trial Champions (FTCH) and six (6) Field Trial Winners (FTW) and one exceptional pick dog. Cooper is highly trained and excels on both waterfowl and uplands. He has loads of drive but responds instantly to commands. Cooper has good hips, normal elbows, clear eyes, and is clear on all essential DNA recessive genes. He has excellent conformation and meets the British Standard for Labrador Retrievers. We are proud to have him as one our top stub dogs at the
kennel.
Fitz
Fitz belongs to Daniel Haas and was sired by Timbo. Fitz carries a lot the same traits that make Timbo one of the finest retrievers we've ever seen: Intense drive and focus in the field along. Fitz also possesses a calm and loving demeanor that makes him an amazing family dog.

Boone
Boone is a dog from a pairing between Red Maisy x Benson. He is a beautiful Red Lab and has the abilities to match. He is an outstanding waterfowl hunter and is a great companion in the house. We are very excited to have him as part of our program.
Cole
Middlebrook Bruno of Oncote , call name “Cole”, was imported from Northern Ireland in August of 2020. He is a big boned black Labrador and has loads of style and drive in the field but is calm in the house. He has seven Field Trial Champions and three Field Trial Winners in his three generation pedigree. Coles manners in the field are second to none, he is steady to shot and fall, quiet in the duck blind, and works exceptionally well on uplands. We classify him as a finished gun dog. He has good hips, normal elbows, clear eyes and tested clear on all his DNA recessive gene test. We are looking for some exceptional litters out of his breedings.
Ross
Ross is a Fox Red, Field Trial Winner that we imported from England. He has 30 Field Trial Champions and 11 Field Trial Winners in his five generation pedigree. His confirmation is excellent. he has a wide head, wide shoulders and an otter tail. Ross has an excellent nose and as evidenced by his natural game finding ability. He has picked hundreds if not thousands of birds and rabbits in the United Kingdom. Ross is a welcomed addition to our breeding cadre.
Bill
Mossy Oak’s Timbo Bill “Bill”, is a medium yellow dog that we whelped here at the kennel and is named after our own Mister Bill. He is a prodigy of Mossy Oak Timbo and Mossy Oaks Fern. Like Timbo, his sole purpose in life is to hunt-he is driven. Once cast you best be out of his way because he leaves with his engine running wide open and his afterburner kicked in. His conformation meets or exceeds the Labrador standard. Bill tested clear on his ten (10) DNA recessive gene test. Because of his age, under two (2) years, his elbow, hip and eye certifications are pending.
Grouse
Skerryview Casanova Caiden, call name “Grouse”, is a fox red male Labrador that we recently imported from the United Kingdom for resale. He is representative of the quintessential British lab-a wide head wide shoulders and an otter tail. Grouse is fully trained. He is steady to shot and fall, an excellent marker, stops on the whistle and takes cast to the left, right and back, runs long blinds, always delivers to hand, and is a pleasure to work. Grouse’s highly developed olfactory senses make him a very desirable natural game finder. He drives out hard and comes back in just as hard on both land and water. In my opinion, at 2 years and 9 months of age, he is one of the best young dogs that we have imported. In fact, we like him so much that, before we offer him for sale, in the next couple of weeks, we will breed him to our dark fox red female, Astraglen Jewel.
Jet
Mossy Oak “Jet” is a medium yellow male British lab. His sire and dam were both superb hunting dogs as is he. He has several field trial champions and field trial winners in his five generation pedigree. Jet weighs in at about 60 pounds and is a really hunting dog. He has an on-off switch, he is calm indoors and a hard charger in hunting situations. Jet has lived indoors all his life along with his buddy “Mossy Oak Boss”. He gets along well with adults, kids, and other dogs. He has good hips, normal elbows, clear eyes, and is clear on all essential DNA recessive gene test. We look forward to breeding him and expect the puppies resulting from his breeding's to be biddable and trainable.
Gus
Gus belongs to the CEO of Mossy Oak, Toxey Haas. He has retrieved more ducks than many of us will see in a lifetime. Gus is one of the most well rounded dogs in the Mossy Oak family. In the blind, he is all business, but at home, he is very laid back.
Benson
Benson is one of those "once in a lifetime dogs" we all dream of. Now retired from his duties at the kennel, he spends majority of his time hunting ducks and playing soccer with his family in Franklin, TN. Retirement has been earned by this stud.
Goose
Goose has a switch that is turned on when hunting, but off in the house. His conformation is representative of the breed standard. He has a wide head and chest, with an otter tail. Like all of our sires, Goose is an excellent hunting companion and is equally good on land and water.
